Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to depart Manchester United during the summer transfer season, according to reports.
The Portugal international has only been back at Old Trafford for a few months, but it appears his second stint with the Red Devils may be brief.
Ronaldo has already held preliminary conversations with MLS clubs LA Galaxy and Inter Miami, according to Todo Fichajes, with Manchester United willing to let the veteran forward leave after just one season.
Ronaldo hasn't been at his best recently, but he did score a wonderful goal against Brighton last night in Manchester United's 2-0 Premier League triumph at Old Trafford.
Nonetheless, the 37-year-old was never going to be a long-term option for MUFC, and it appears he's now eager to fulfill his ambition of playing in the MLS, according to Todo Fichajes.
Ronaldo would be a dream signing for such clubs, which have frequently landed big names nearing the conclusion of their careers.
Ronaldo clearly keeps himself in terrific form, so he may still have a few years left in him, even if not at the absolute greatest level in Europe.
Other sources, however, imply that the former Real Madrid man may still have a major move ahead of him, with the Sun reporting that he's a target for PSG, Bayern Munich, and Roma.
