Luke Ayling was sent off against Arsenal after VAR prompted the referee to reconsider his original yellow card verdict.
Gabriel Martinelli appeared to be standing still in the corner when Ayling chose to charge in recklessly. The referee initially issued a yellow card, but VAR correctly requested a review.

Leeds cannot afford any more player departures, so manager Jesse Marsch will be quite disappointed in one of his senior pros. Stuart Dallas, Patrick Bamford, and Liam Cooper are already out, and Ayling will now miss several games.
